What your assistant can do
Your notes, collections and tasks, in the chat.
The server exposes the same memory the apps use. The assistant only sees the parts you allowed when you connected.
Search and read notes
Find notes by keyword or topic and read them in full, including long documents that arrive in parts.
Browse collections
See your collections in your own order, with their type, parent and archive state.
Work with tasks
List tasks by collection, completion or due date, then add, edit, check off or delete them.
Ask to make changes
Create or edit notes, move them between collections, and create, rename, reorder or archive collections.
Built to ask first
You stay in charge of what changes.
An assistant can misread a request. So every change is a request you see before it happens, and every applied change can be undone.
Your sign-in, your choice
You connect with your own 2Mind sign-in and choose Read only or Read and make changes. A read-only connection never sees the write tools.
Every change is approved
A write sends a notification to your phone with a one-line summary of exactly what will change. You approve or decline it.
Optional: apply without asking
For a connection you trust, reversible changes can apply straight away. Deletions still wait for your approval, always.
Undo and revoke
Recent changes lists everything a connection did, with one-tap undo. You can disconnect an app at any time.

In your assistant, add a custom connector and paste the 2Mind server URL.

Sign in with the same method you use in the app, then pick Read only or Read and make changes.
