Subscription & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

In plain language

  • 2Mind Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
  • After the trial the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
  • Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us, through reportaproblem.apple.com — and we will help you if something goes wrong.

1. The free trial

New subscribers get 7 days of 2Mind Pro at no cost. Apple takes no payment during the trial.

Cancel at any point before the trial ends and you are charged nothing. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and your Apple ID is charged.

The trial is available once per Apple ID.

2. Plans and renewal

2Mind Pro is offered as a yearly plan and a monthly plan, covering both the iPhone and the Mac app under one account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. Apple charges your Apple ID within 24 hours before the period ends. Renewal continues until you cancel.

Prices shown on this website are in Turkish lira. Apple sets the actual amount charged in your region's currency, and it may differ.

3. How to cancel

Cancelling is done through Apple, not inside the app:

  • On iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → 2Mind → Cancel Subscription.
  • On Mac: App Store → your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage → 2Mind → Cancel.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your entries are not deleted — the account simply returns to the free tier.

4. Refunds

Purchases go through the App Store, so Apple issues refunds — we cannot process them ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History. Apple decides according to its own policy.

If a refund is refused and you believe the app is at fault, write to support@use2mind.com with what happened and your purchase date. We will look into it and, where we can, support your case with Apple.

5. Right of withdrawal in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that you access immediately, that right can lapse once delivery has begun with your agreement.

In practice, requests within 14 days are handled through Apple's refund process described above, and Apple applies the relevant consumer rules for your country.

6. Price changes

If we change the price of a plan, Apple notifies existing subscribers before the change applies to them, and in the cases Apple's rules require, asks for consent before renewing at the new price. You can always cancel instead.

7. Current status of purchases

In-app purchasing is not switched on yet. Until it is, the pricing shown on this website is indicative: the paywall in the app displays the plans but cannot take payment. The prices, trial length and terms above apply from the moment purchasing goes live.
